Please read the following terms and
conditions. By using this website or participating in any programs
offered you are indicating that you have read and agree to be bound by
these terms and conditions.
- Echota Cherokee Deer Clan West (ECDCW)
reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time
and without notice. Continued use of the site and/or ECDCW's
programs indicates that you agree to the modifications.
- ECDCW uses email as our primary means
of communication. By contacting us you agree to receive
communications from us by email. You agree that all
agreements, contracts, and other communications we provide to you
electronically are legal binding contracts.

Program Deposits
- To secure your program date, the $100
deposit is due
immediately after a program date has been confirmed. The remainder
of program fee is due at the time of the program.
-
Deposits are non-refundable.
Program Fees
- The remaining fee, that was not
covered by the deposit, is due the day of the program before the
program starts.
- Program participants include parents,
students, and all other individuals at the event. A final
participant count must be provided by the individual/school
requesting the program at least one week prior to the event date.
- Program fees and the number of
lecturers attending are determined by the number of participants.
The total program fee is due even if fewer participates attend.
If there are more participates attending then additional fees will
be charged.
- Distance traveled by lecturers may
also influence the total program cost.
- ECDCW does not own or manage any off
school sites, such as parks. If a program is to take place at
any location not on a school campus, all fees or permits to use the
site must be paid for by the individual/school requesting the
program. The fees required to use the site will be added to
the program fee's total.
Rescheduling Policy
- Changes made
to the program less then 48 hours in advance will be subject to an
additional fee.
- If event is
to take place in an outdoor setting and it is raining the day of the
event the event will have to be postponed until a later date. The
later date will be a date agreed upon by both parties. There will
be no additional fees do to changes because of the weather.

Saturday Hikes |

Hike Fees
- Saturday
hike fee is due at the start of the hike.
- A final participant count must be
provided by the individual requesting the hike at least one week

- The hike fee and the number of guides
attending are determined by the number of participants. The
total hike fee is due even if fewer participates attend. If
there are more participates attending then additional fees will be
charged.
- ECDCW does not own or manage any
hiking sites, such as parks. If a hike is to take place at any
location that requires fees or permits to use, the fee/permit must
be paid for by the individual/school requesting the program.
The fees required to use the site will be added to the program fee's
total.
