To secure your date a $100 deposit is due immediately after a program date has been confirmed. The remainder of program fee is due at the time of the program. The number of speakers who will facilitate your program varies based on group size.  In order for us to make facilitator arrangements, a final student/adult head count is required at least one week prior to the program. This count will be used to calculate the total program fee and the remaining amount due on the day of the program. 

Deposits are non-refundable, however program dates may be rescheduled with 48 hour advance notice. 

Changes made to the program less then 48 hours in advance will be subject to an additional fee.

Rain Policy:

If event is to take place in an outdoor setting and it is raining the day of the event the event will have to be postponed until a later date.  The later date will be a date agreed upon by both parties.  There will be no additional fees do to changes because of the weather.
