Saturday hike fee is due at the time of the program. The number of guides who will facilitate your program varies based on group size.  In order for us to make arrangements, a final group head count is required at least one week prior to the program. This count will be used to calculate the total program fee and the amount due on the day of the program. 

Changes made to the program less then 48 hours in advance will be subject to an additional fee.

Rain Policy:

If it is raining the day of the hike the hike will have to be postponed until a later date.  The later date will be a date agreed upon by both parties.  There will be no additional fees do to changes because of the weather.
